Address line 1 contains a PO Box or similar address

Incorrect order data in address line 1

Issue:

Stock2Shop attempted to create a fulfillment but was rejected by Parcelninja as address line 1 cannot be a PO Box.

Solution:

This error results from Stock2Shop being provided with incorrect order data. Address line 1 cannot be a PO Box.

• On your Stock2Shop console, navigate to Queue > View.
• Find the relevant failed queue item.
• Click on the three vertical dots and click View Order.
• Click on the Fulfillment tab.
• Click Fulfill.
• Update Address line 1 (cannot contain a PO Box or similar).
• Click Fulfill Order.
• Go back to the Queue > View and skip the failed queue item.
